Child Care

The YMCA Child Care program is a year round state certified pre-school program that offers age specific (1-5) class curriculum.  To request a spot for our 4 STAR rated Child Care Program you will need to speak with someone in our Child Care Office. If we have an opening you will be able to register your child there as well. If we do not you may be added to our wait list.

SWIM LESSONS by our certified lifeguards every Monday – Thursday as our schedule allows for children aged 3 and up who are completely potty trained.

We also offer Kindermusik lessons with Melissa Brown’s local franchise Uptown Musik September-May.

Things to keep in mind for child care:

We have a limited amount of space available so all registrants are charged for the entire week each Monday whether the child attends or not to hold their spot. Balances cannot be tolerated.

If you are a state subsidy recipient, you must provide your contract prior to beginning care.

You must provide a copy of your child’s immunization record which must include the Commonwealth of Kentucky Seal and expiration date.

We will allow for one week of vacation time per year (Jan-Dec)
