Group Fitness Programs
Fitness is more fun in a group! We offer a wide range of group exercise classes that will accommodate anyone’s fitness level. We want you to find a class that you absolutely love!
We have a number of different group exercise programs like: Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing, and step and kick aerobics just to name a few.
If you are in to the Martial Arts, we have a number of different programs available.
There are just so many wonderful things to do here at the Y. No matter what age, we’ve got something for you!!
